Application

Cables are designated for joining movable devices to the power grid, having bends with radius not less than 8 cable diameters under the admissible heating temperature of cable leads till 70C above zero, under the environment temperature from 40C below zero till 50C above zero.

Electrical resistance of cable leads, counted in 1km of cable length and temperature 20C, not less:
a) in case of acceptance and supply – 50 MOhm;
b) for the period of service and storage – 0.05 MOhm.

Cable leads electrical resistance to the direct current corresponds to GOST 22483. For the period of service and storage 120% from rate.

Cables carry test alternate voltage of nominal frequency 50 Hz during 5 minutes without water dip:
a) 2.5 kV - in case of acceptance and supply;
b) 1.5 kV – for the period of service and storage.

Cable factory length is not less than 150 m. It is admitted to pass cables with any lengths under the agreement of consumers.

Protractedly admissible heating temperature for cable leads is 70C.

It doesn't spread combustion during the single laying.

The cables are solar radiation resistible.

The cables are grease oils and diesel fuel resistible.

The cables are resistible under the temperature (25± 10)C to the bends +π/2 having nominal stretching force 49 N (5 kilogram-force) — cable nominal external diameter from 10 till 25 mm — 9000 bend cycles.

Cable stretching force should be not more than 19,6 N (2 kilogram-force) to 1 mm² of cable leads 8 diameters.

Warranty period of cables service is 12 months since its breaking –in, but not later than 18 months since its manufacture.

Service period is not less than 4 years.
