Application

The cables are designed for supply and distribution of electric power at stationary and non-stationary units.

Production is used for needs of national economy requiring special fire safety measures for human and material valuables protection:

  • 2, 3, 4 NP 306.102/1.034-2000 APPs (except of capsulated part of reactor compartment);
  • Subways;
  • Supermarkets;
  • Building of new residential and cultural objects.

Cables may be applied in dc electric circuits at voltage 2.4 times as much as nominal alternate voltage value.

 

Construction

Cable leads
Round copper or aluminum single-wired or multiwired (class 1, 2 GOST 22483-77).

Insulation and wrapping
PVC, PVC low inflammability elastron wrapping.

Serving
or LSHF according to GOST 7006-72; steel tapes armor and jacket of materials applied for cable production.

Cables of all marks do not conduct burning in bundles (A category).

LSHF, LSHF, LSHF, LSHF, LSHF, LSHF are of low smoke and gas emission (transparency reduction doesn't exceed 40%).

Reheat temperature permitted for a long period is 70C.

Durability — 30 years.

Warranty assurance — 5 years from the date of putting into operation, but within 12 months from the date of manufacture.

Nominal cable cut complies with basic cable marks (, , i, , , , slight difference between the weight of cables).

Construction length — according to contract.

Electric insulation resistance, evaluated in 1 km length and temperature of 20.
