Application

Cables are designated for electrical power passing and distribution in fixed installations with alternate voltage of frequency 50 Hz in the range of temperatures from 50°C below zero till 50°C above zero.

 

Construction

Cable leads
Round aluminum and copper, one — wire and multiwire (class 1,2 GOST 22483-77). Sector — shaped copper and aluminum, multi-wire.

Insulation and shell
PVC.

Serving
type according to GOST 7006-72. Armature from steel strips, PVC jacket.

Insulation electrical resistance counted in 1 km, measured under protractedly admissible heating temperature of cable leads during the running not less than 0,005 MOhm.

Cable leads electrical resistance to direct current complies with GOST 22483.

Cables carry the alternate voltage of nominal frequency 50 Hz during 10 minutes 3.5 kV.

Protractedly admissible heating temperature for cable leads is 70C.

It doesn't spread combustion during the single laying.

Factory length, not less than 450 m (for main cable leads cuts 1.5-16 mm²), 300 m (for main cable leads cuts 25-70 mm²), 200 m (for main cable leads cuts 95-240 mm²).

Warranty period is 5 years since the cable breaking - in.

Manufacturer guarantees cables compliance with terms of present standard under the keeping conditions of service, storage, joining - up.

Cable service life is 30 years.

Cables can be laid without prior heating under the temperature not less than 15C below zero.

Minimum bend radius during lying is not less 15 external diameters of cable.
